Return & Exchange Policy

At TRL – The Real Leather, we aim to make our return and exchange process simple and customer-friendly. We offer a 30-day return and exchange window under specific conditions. Customers are encouraged to submit their requests within 30 days of receiving their order. Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours.


Return Policy

Before dispatch, every product undergoes a thorough quality check to ensure accuracy in color, size, material, and stitching.

If you encounter any issue, please:

  • Take clear photos highlighting the problem
  • Send them to our customer support email

Once your return or exchange request is approved:

  • Customers are responsible for handling and shipping costs, depending on the parcel weight

Returns will NOT be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Ordering the same item in multiple sizes or colors
  • Removal of original tags
  • Requests made after 24 hours of receiving the parcel
  • Custom-made orders

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size:

  • No additional product cost will be charged
  • Customers must cover handling and shipping costs

If the product has a defect (e.g., wrong color, size, or design due to our error):

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 working days
  • Share clear images of the issue via email
  • Our team will guide you through the process

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order to receive a full refund

If cancellation is requested after 24 hours:

  • After 24 hours: 30% deduction from the total amount
  • After 3 days (before shipping): 50% deduction
  • After 3 days of confirmation: No cancellation will be accepted

Customs Duties

  • TRL – The Real Leather offers free shipping
  • However, custom duties and taxes (if applicable) vary by country and must be paid by the customer
